We offer fresh, seasonal farm products including fruits, vegetables, and eggs. Availability may vary depending on the season and supply. We do our best to inform customers of current offerings at the time of inquiry.
2. Orders and Communication
All orders are placed directly through phone or email. We’ll confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery arrangements during our communication with you. Orders are not final until confirmed by us.
3. Delivery
We deliver directly to our customers. Delivery schedules and areas are discussed and agreed upon individually. While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are provided upon request and may vary depending on volume and product availability. Payment terms will be confirmed when the order is placed.
5. Quality and Issues
We take pride in the freshness and quality of our products. If there’s ever an issue with an order, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
6. Handling, and Food Safety
If you receive an item that is clearly damaged or unsatisfactory at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Farm goods may spoil over time, especially if not stored properly. Products may arrive with natural residues such as soil or moisture. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect, wash, and handle all items appropriately before use.
We are not liable for any issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or preparation, including but not limited to spoilage, mold, or illness.
